Il latinorum \u00e8 necessario, perch\u00e9 si parla proprio di un tipo di infortunio &#8220;sul lavoro&#8221;. Dovete sapere che secondo varie sentenze della Cassazione chi lavora ha una copertura assicurativa particolare non solo per gli infortuni sul lavoro, ma anche nel caso di <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bici-initinere.info\/?p=254\">infortuni sul tragitto casa-ufficio<\/a> &#8211; &#8220;in itinere&#8221; significa &#8220;durante il percorso&#8221;; questo naturalmente se si sta prendendo la strada normale e non si fanno chiss\u00e0 quali deviazioni. Questo vale se si va a piedi o si usano i mezzi pubblici: se uno va in automobile sono problemi suoi, a meno che non ci siano mezzi pubblici a disposizione.<br \/>\nPeccato che la bicicletta sia un mezzo privato, e quindi se subissi un incidente mentre vado in ufficio non ci sarebbe la copertura di incidente sul lavoro. Peggio ancora: come si legge <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bici-initinere.info\/?p=256\">qui<\/a> (a parte il refuso :-) ) l&#8217;interpretazione attuale \u00e8 che la copertura varrebbe <b>se sto percorrendo una pista ciclabile<\/b>: insomma, una presa per i fondelli doppia. La colpa non \u00e8 dell&#8217;INAIL, come la FIAB spiega nel post succitato; la legge \u00e8 quella, ci possono essere interpretazioni estensive ma non ci si pu\u00f2 estendere pi\u00f9 di tanto. Bisognerebbe cambiare la legge, equiparando l&#8217;uso della bicicletta al camminare: sar\u00e0 possibile?<br \/>\n(p.s.: paradossalmente usare BikeMi \u00e8 dunque
