Adesso \u00e8 scritto che comprando l&#8217;ebook si acquista una licenza per il contenuto.<br \/>\nSe guardate cosa succede acquistando un libro Kindle in Italia, parrebbe che le cose non siano cos\u00ec: ma non \u00e8 vero. I termini di utilizzo del Kindle Store sono sempre gli stessi:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Amazon ti concede il diritto non esclusivo di vedere, usare e visualizzare tale Contenuto Kindle [&#8230;] esclusivamente tramite il Software Kindle, oppure con le diverse modalit\u00e0 autorizzate per il tipo di Servizio, sui Dispositivi Supportati specificati nella sezione Gestisci i tuoi Contenuti e Dispositivi all\u2019interno del tuo Account [&#8230;] Il Contenuto Kindle ti viene concesso in licenza d&#8217;uso e non \u00e8 venduto da Amazon. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Non credo di aver mai visto in vita mia un ebook venduto davvero. (Al limite regalato, come <a href=\"https:\/\/xmau.com\/bipunto\/\">un paio di miei librini<\/a> che hanno una licenza CC-BY-NC 4.0: ma tecnicamente nemmeno quelli si comprano, appunto). E allora perch\u00e9 Bezos ha dovuto cambiare il testo del messaggio quando si acquista un ebook negli USA? Pare che ci sia una nuova legge californiana che afferma che gli acquirenti devono <b>visibilmente<\/b> sapere che stanno solo acquistando una licenza d&#8217;uso: ma Kobo continua a linkare solo i termini di utilizzo.
