Almeno a Milano le macchinette per le fototessera sono monopolio della romana Dedem: abbiamo fatto tre foto in tre cabine diverse, tutte con loro. Quando poi ho dovuto <a href=\"https:\/\/xmau.com\/wp\/notiziole\/2023\/09\/01\/odissea-tessy\/\">fare ai ragazzi le tessere ATM<\/a> per cui serviva una foto in formato elettronico, ho pensato di vedere se fosse possibile recuperarle, visto che Dedem offre un servizio apposito per le anagrafi. Dal loro sito non sono riuscito a trovare nulla; ma io sono cintura nera di ricerca web e sono arrivato <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fototua.it\/\">a questa pagina<\/a> dove c&#8217;\u00e8 un modulo per richiedere la copia digitale della foto entro sei mesi dallo scatto. Compilo tre volte il modulo, mi arrivano tre risposte dicendo &#8220;un nostro operatore controller\u00e0 e poi eventualmente le mander\u00e0 la foto&#8221;. Dopo una mezz&#8217;oretta effettivamente mi sono arrivate&#8230; due foto, con un messaggio allegato in cui mi dicevano che la qualit\u00e0 di una di queste due foto non era il massimo e sarebbero stati lieti di farmene una nuova gratis se andavo in una cabina e telefonavo al loro servizio clienti.<br \/>\nDella nuova foto non mi interessava nulla, ma di quella mancante s\u00ec: cos\u00ec chiamo il servizio clienti e trovo un operatore gentilissimo che mi suggerisce di provare a chiedere di nuovo la foto, perch\u00e9 forse con le richieste a raffica l&#8217;operatore si era confuso. Ho fatto cos\u00ec, e quasi subito \u00e8 anche arrivata la terza foto.
