La norma \u00e8 nata perch\u00e9 essendo troppo silenziose possono piombare addosso alla gente (soprattutto ciechi e ipovedenti) senza che questi se ne accorgano.<br \/>\nComprendo la logica dietro la legge, ma a me sono venute in mente due cose: quando cento e pi\u00f9 anni fa le automobili dovevano essere precedute da una persona (a piedi&#8230;) che avvisasse del loro arrivo, e soprattutto del cartoncino legato con una molletta ai raggi della ruota posteriore della propria biciclettina, per fare finta di essere su una rombante moto.
