Sempre per la serie “presentazioni varie”, ho appena saputo da uno dei miei ventun lettori che Ian Stewart sar\u00e0 a Torino (Colosseo, 6 dicembre, 17:45) per ritirare il premio Peano<\/a> per il miglior libro di divulgazione matematica, e tenere un incontro per i Gioved\u00ec Scienza (\u00abSei Gradi di Separazione. La teoria delle reti dai computer alla biologia\u00bb. Si vede che ormai Jack Cohen l’ha rovinato del tutto :-) )
\nOnestamente, il libro vincitore (Lettere a una giovane matematica<\/em>) non \u00e8 che mi sia piaciuto troppo<\/a>; avrei piuttosto votato per il suo L’assassino dalle calze verdi<\/a><\/em>, ma mi sa che i libri di problemi logico-matematici non sono considerati “divulgazione”. Per\u00f2 potrebbe essere interessante, anche se prima devo convincere Anna che si pu\u00f2 prendere un treno per Torino alla vigilia di Sant’Ambroeus…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
