Faccio solo notare come il CD usc\u00ec esattamente vent&#8217;anni fa, e fu la molla che mi spinse, giovane lavoratore finalmente con un reddito proprio, ad acquistare il mio primo lettore (con la discografia ufficiale completa come dischi da 2 a 15, anche se ammetto che il primo disco fu <em>The Dark Side of the Moon<\/em>).<br \/>\nNon penso che musicalmente parlando sia la loro migliore opera: <em>A Hard Day&#8217;s Night<\/em>, <em>Revolver<\/em> e <em>Abbey Road<\/em>, ciascuno in modo diverso, meritano di pi\u00f9. Ma non \u00e8 quello il punto: non stiamo parlando di un disco, ma di un evento, quando il concetto di evento non esisteva ancora. Lancio contemporaneo in tutto il mondo, copertina con i gadget, testi riprodotti per la gioia del fan, nessuno stacco tra le varie canzoni. Un delirio di onnipotenza che resistette per qualche mese, fino alla morte di Brian Epstein e al fiasco (relativo) del film TV <em>Magical Mystery Tour<\/em>. Ma quel primo giugno 1967 il mondo si ferm\u00f2 per un attimo, e sempre per un attimo fu pi\u00f9 felice.
