Dire &#8220;0,0%&#8221; significa che la variazione \u00e8 tra \u20130,5% e +0,5%, ed evidentemente chi ha pubblicato il dato ha scelto di mostrare che una decrescita, seppure minima, c&#8217;\u00e8 stata.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 non riesco a capire come sia possibile dire che il \u20130,0% sia una revisione del \u20130,0% indicato inizialmente. Magari il valore \u00e8 passato da \u20130,03% a \u20130,02%; ma dato che il valore usato \u00e8 a una sola cifra decimale, la stima iniziale \u00e8 stata confermata.
