Il 20 marzo ho mandato una PEC con il reclamo. L&#8217;altro ieri (14 aprile) mi arriva una mail (non PEC) che mi dice <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>[&#8230;] A seguito delle nostre verifiche, Le comunichiamo che il servizio non \u00e8 stato svolto secondo gli standard previsti.<br \/>\nA seguito delle nostre verifiche, \u00e8 emerso che l\u2019invio in argomento \u00e8 stato smarrito durante le fasi di lavorazione, ed \u00e8 stata presentata denuncia di smarrimento presso le Autorit\u00e0 Competenti. [&#8230;]<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>(ok, immagino che la denuncia sia un atto formale) Otterr\u00f2 quindi un indennizzo di 36 euro, che mi verr\u00e0 corrisposto tramite assegno postale <b>entro quaranta giorni lavorativi<\/b>. Mi chiedo perch\u00e9 ci mettano due mesi per un rimborso. Ma soprattutto mi preoccupa una cosa: l&#8217;assegno mi verr\u00e0 mandato&#8230; con una raccomandata.<\/p>\n<p><b>Aggiornamento:<\/b> (20 aprile) E invece miracolosamente oggi \u00e8 arrivato il
