\nSeconda raccolta di “SF di guerra”, dopo quella che avevo ricevuto il mese precedente. Non so se \u00e8 perch\u00e9 avevo qualche idea in pi\u00f9 sui mondi creati dagli autori – anche in questo caso molte storie hanno un’ambientazione ben precisa – o perch\u00e9 la qualit\u00e0 era migliore: diciamo che l’ho trovato generalmente un po’ meglio del primo. Una riga per ciascuno dei racconti:<\/p>\n

▪ MOTHER OF PEACE, James Chambers: idea carina, anche se qualche punto non mi pare troppo chiaro. 4\/5
\n▪ CYBERMARINE, Bud Sparhawk: l’ultima frase \u00e8 un colpo basso. 5\/5
\n▪ BLANKETS, Jeff Young: ho capito il motivo del titolo solo alla fine del racconto :( 5\/5
\n▪ SHEEPDOG, Mike McPhail: possono essere potenziati quanto si vuole, ma i gatti restano sempre gatti. 4\/5
\n▪ SPLINTER, Andy Remic: l’idea era interessante, ma ho trovato il racconto troppo dispersivo. 2\/5
\n▪ A THING OF BEAUTY, Charles E. Gannon: un po’ forzato, ma comunque carino. 4\/5
\n▪ ALONE AND AFAR, Peter Prellwitz: divertente, a parte l’illogicit\u00e0 della matematica. 5\/5
\n▪ HUNGER, Jeffrey Lyman: inaspettato, anche se non so quanto la storia regga. 4\/5
\n▪ TRUE COLORS, Danielle Ackley-McPhail: non molto interessante. 3\/5
\n▪ DEVIL DANCERS, Robert E. Waters: mischiare battaglie spaziali e guerrieri Apache per me non funziona. 2\/5
\n▪ THE OATH, James Daniel Ross: mi sono completamente perso, e comunque \u00e8 un racconto di guerra senza nessun vero accenno SF. 1\/5
\n▪ THE CHILDREN\u2019S CRUSADE, Patrick Thomas: parte debole, ma si riprende alla fine. 3\/5
\n▪ A MEAL FIT FOR GOD, C.J. Henderson: l’avevo gi\u00e0 letto. 3\/5
\n▪ DAWN\u2019S LAST LIGHT, John G. Hemry: carino, ma avrei preferito un finale diverso. 4\/5
\n▪ DELAYING ACTION, David Sherman : come nell’altra raccolta, la storia bonus semplicemente non funziona. N\/A<\/p>\n
