{"id":30194,"date":"2024-12-12T18:49:21","date_gmt":"2024-12-12T17:49:21","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/xmau.com\/wp\/notiziole\/?p=30194"},"modified":"2024-12-12T14:59:53","modified_gmt":"2024-12-12T13:59:53","slug":"andremo-al-referendum","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/xmau.com\/notiziole\/2024\/12\/12\/andremo-al-referendum\/","title":{"rendered":"andremo al referendum?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Corte di Cassazione ha <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilpost.it\/2024\/12\/12\/cassazione-referefendum-opposizioni\/\">riconosciuto la legittimit\u00e0<\/a> della richiesta di referendum abrogativo della legge sull&#8217;autonomia differenziata, mentre ha cassato :-) il referendum solo parzialmente abrogativo proposto da alcune regioni.<\/p>\n<p>Anche questa volta mi pare una scelta di buon senso. \u00c8 vero che la Corte Costituzionale ha dichiarato illegittime alcune parti della legge, ma chiedere di toglierla tutta \u00e8 irrilevante rispetto a questo. \u00c8 un po&#8217; come dire &#8220;voglio pecettare tutto un foglio&#8221; e qualcuno dice &#8220;s\u00ec, ma ne ho gi\u00e0 pecettato una parte&#8221;. Il pecettamento totale non cambia nulla, mentre chiedere una cancellazione solo parziale potrebbe dare dei problemi. Vediamo ora se anche la Consulta mi dar\u00e0 ragione&#8230; anche se non credo proprio che il referendum raggiunger\u00e0 il quorum anche nel caso si
