\"copertina\"Il vero problema di questo libro \u00e8 il titolo. Winkler aveva gi\u00e0 scritto un testo dal nome Mathematical Puzzles, e quindi bisogna stare attenti a cercare quello giusto. Almeno adesso che \u00e8 uscita la Revised Edition ci sarebbe qualche possibilit\u00e0 in pi\u00f9 di comprare la versione giusta… se non fosse che la versione che arriva in Italia \u00e8 print-on-demand e a Routledge sono riusciti a mandare il testo dell’edizione originale (e anche dopo che gliel’ho segnalato mi hanno detto che non era detto che arrivasse l’edizione corretta :-( ) I capitoli del libro mostrano vari tipi di problemi, e tutti i problemi hanno la soluzione spiegata (spesso in maniera un po’ criptica, in effetti… su alcuni ci ho penato). Al termine del libro sono riportate le fonti dei vari problemi, quando sono note; occhei, non siamo al livello del sito della buonanima di David Singmaster, ma \u00e8 gi\u00e0 molto importante.<\/p>\n

Ah: il materiale \u00e8 liberamente scaricabile. Io comunque fossi in voi mi comprerei comunque il libro (io me l’ero prenotato sulla fiducia prima che uscisse la prima edizione, poi ho avuto tante altre cose da fare e ci ho messo una vita per godermelo, ma non mi sono pentito dell’acquisto)<\/p>\n
