Oggi alle 10 avevo una prenotazione al Policlinico per fare un Holter dinamico, prenotazione fatta ancora a fine gennaio e ribadita una settimana fa quando il call center outbound ha fatto la chiamata di controllo. Stamattina sono uscito dall’ufficio, mi sono scapicollato, ho scoperto che finalmente se ho gi\u00e0 la prenotazione posso saltare l’accettazione e farmi fare direttamente il foglio, e alle 9.50 ero in padiglione.
