Anche gli esempi sono scelti in maniera da interessare: vedere come al processo contro O.J.Simpson l&#8217;avvocato difensore \u00e8 riuscito a girare le carte in tavola e convincere la giuria che la probabilit\u00e0 che il suo cliente fosse un assassino fosse molto pi\u00f9 bassa della realt\u00e0; oppure calcolare come essere positivi a un test antiaids non significa poi molto se non si appartiene a un gruppo a rischio.<br \/>\nPer\u00f2 <em>Quando i numeri ingannano<\/em> (Gerd Gigerenzer, Cortina, 352 pagine, ISBN 88-7078-843-1, 25.50 &euro;) \u00e8 stato almeno per me una delusione. Non so se \u00e8 perch\u00e9 i concetti io almeno in teoria li conosco, oppure perch\u00e9 il libro \u00e8 troppo ripetitivo e io mi annoio in fretta.
