La scorsa settimana abbiamo fatto la voltura per l&#8217;acqua, direttamente nell&#8217;ufficio Iren di Chiavari: ieri c&#8217;\u00e8 arrivata una lettera con oggetto ACCETTAZIONE RICHIESTA SERVIZIO IDRICO INTEGRATO e con il testo che comincia come in figura, seguito dal nome dell&#8217;intestatario (mia moglie, non mia suocera). Chiamo immediatamente il numero verde, e un&#8217;operatrice mi rassicura: &#8220;\u00e8 il testo della lettera che \u00e8 scritto male, all&#8217;inizio siamo rimasti spiazzati pure noi&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Beh, forse qualcuno del loro settore comunicazione avrebbe dovuto rimettere mano al testo, no?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>certo che potrebbero scriverlo
