Io non ho sicuramente le competenze per discutere sullo studio di Franco Giovannini, Riccardo Benzi Cipelli e Gianpaolo Pisano presentato con tanta fanfara da La Verit\u00e0<\/a>. Diciamo che un testo il cui abstract comincia con \u00abThe use of dark-field microscopic analysis of fresh peripheral blood on a slide was once widespread in medicine\u00bb mi lascia qualche dubbio: perch\u00e9 non \u00e8 pi\u00f9 usato, considerando che mi pare poco invasivo e non molto costoso? E diciamo anche che la metodologia non mi sembra delle migliori, visto che non c’\u00e8 nessuna specificazione su come \u00e8 stato scelto il campione, e perch\u00e9 i controlli pi\u00f9 specifici siano stati fatti su quattro specifiche persone. (Comunque 300 dollari per la pubblicazione<\/a> non sono poi molti; purtroppo non sono riuscito a trovare quanto sia durata la peer review, ma sicuramente l’articolo non poteva essere stato completato prima di fine marzo ed \u00e8 stato pubblicato il 12 agosto. Per fortuna le cose di fanno in fretta.<\/p>\n

Una cosa per\u00f2 mi \u00e8 chiara: l’artiolo de La Verit\u00e0 \u00e8 assegnato solo agli abbonati. Se la cosa \u00e8 cos\u00ec importante, perch\u00e9 non renderla visibile a tutti?
