Uno dei punti pi\u00f9 fragili di Internet \u00e8 sicuramente il DNS, il servizio che ci permette di scrivere per esempio https:\/\/xmau.com\/ e arrivare al mio sito. Non solo la struttura del DNS \u00e8 strettamente gerarchica con una decina o gi\u00f9 di l\u00ec di punti di partenza globali, ma soprattutto \u00e8 possibile che il DNS resolver di default, cio\u00e8 il servizio fornito dal nostro provider Internet per andare a fare le richieste DNS, impedisca di raggiungere alcuni siti che il provider stesso ritiene non validi (o illegali: in questo caso \u00e8 la magistratura che impone ai service provider di farlo). Ecco dunque perch\u00e9 molta gente, almeno sui PC desktop dove la cosa \u00e8 pi\u00f9 semplice, usano altri resolver come per esempio 8.8.8.8 (quello di Google). <\/p>\n

Certo per\u00f2 che usare 8.8.8.8 vuol dire legarsi ancora di pi\u00f9 a Google, e magari questo non piace. Si pu\u00f2 allora usare 208.67.222.222 (openDNS, cio\u00e8 Cisco) oppure 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare). Ma Valerio Perticone mi ha fatto conoscere Quad9<\/a>, che ovviamente ha indirizzo 9.9.9.9 e afferma di essere nato pensando alla privacy.
