Anna ha un problema con il suo bancomat IWBank. Funziona perfettamente per fare acquisti, ma non entra negli sportelli ATM. (Per la cronaca, alla fine abbiamo chiamato il call center e ci \u00e8 stato detto che la tessera \u00e8 smagnetizzata: probabilmente i POS usano il chip e quindi non se ne \u00e8 mai accorta).
\nIeri ha provato ad entrare nella filiale di Chiavari di Intesa-Sanpaolo, che l’anno scorso ha preso il gruppo UBI Banca e quindi anche IWBank. Le \u00e8 stato detto che “s\u00ec, qui ci sono anche dei dipendenti IWBank, ma parlano solo con i chiavaresi”. <\/p>\n
