\"\" L’autore Joshua Cohen parla di uno scrittore fallito Joshua Cohen che viene ingaggiato da Joshua Cohen, capo della Tetration.com (un Google appena mascherato) che vuole scriversi un’autobiografia. Come potete immaginare, il libro (Joshua Cohen, Il libro dei numeri<\/em><\/a> [The Book of Numbers], Codice 2019 [2015], pag. 745, € 25, ISBN 9788875788124, trad. Claudia Durastanti) \u00e8 abbastanza complicato gi\u00e0 cos\u00ec. Aggiungiamo il fatto che nella parte centrale Cohen racconta in pratica a Cohen la storia dei quarant’anni dell’informatica, e che il titolo occhieggia davvero il biblico Libro dei Numeri, con i quarant’anni di peregrinazione nel deserto – se andate a vedere i nomi dei personaggi, tutto torna. Insomma, qui dentro c’\u00e8 davvero tanta roba, anche senza considerare il testo spesso sperimentale (per la gioia della povera Claudia Durastanti che l’ha tradotto) e la quantit\u00e0 di nozioni che sono state infilate (mi \u00e8 spuntata una lacrimuccia quando ho letto “Fravia”, non pensavo che qualcuno se ne ricordasse ancora). L’unico problema del libro secondo me \u00e8 che \u00e8 appunto “troppo”. \u00c8 un po’ come Infinite Jest di DFW: troverete gente che ne tesse le lodi, e altri che l’hanno abbandonato dopo un po’ perch\u00e9 \u00e8 impossibile seguirlo.
