\"questa<\/a>La scorsa settimana ho acquistato da Amazon una confezione di quattro chiavette USB da 64GB<\/a>, per portarmi avanti col lavoro. Luned\u00ec mi arrivano e mi metto a testarle. Le prime tre non danno problemi, la quarta s\u00ec. A questo punto cerco di capire cosa fare, e contatto il servizio clienti Amazon. Risponde la signora Amira dall’Egitto (se avessi voluto, il risponditore automatico mi segnalava che avrei potuto far passare la chiamata a un operatore che risponde dall’Unione Europea, ma oggettivamente a me la cosa cambia poco) e scopro che (a) non posso farmi cambiare la singola chiavetta, e questo pu\u00f2 anche essere comprensibile, e (b) non posso nemmeno farmi sostituire l’intera confezione: devo renderla e mi verr\u00e0 riaccreditato il costo. Questo perch\u00e9 il prodotto non \u00e8 venduto da Amazon ma solo spedito da loro, mi \u00e8 stato detto.
\nA parte il costo di tutto il giro dei corrieri che io non pago direttamente ma indirettamente, quello che mi d\u00e0 pi\u00f9 fastidio \u00e8 che – come vedete dall’immagine – quelle chiavette sono una Amazon’s Choice, e le avevo scelte proprio per quella ragione. Una volta il servizio clienti di Amazon era sin troppo attento al cliente, ma ho la spiacevole sensazione che stia peggiorando notevolmente, risultando del tutto ingessato. E visto che sto aspettando due tablet anch’essi “Amazon’s choice” per i gemelli, non sono mica cos\u00ec tranquillo…<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
