\"\" Il titolo di questo libro (Giorgio Chinnici, Il labirinto del continuo<\/em> : Numeri, strutture, infiniti, Hoepli 2019, pag. 224, € 15,99 (cartaceo: 19,90), ISBN 9788820391195, link Amazon<\/a>) \u00e8 un po’ riduttivo. Chinnici, dopo avere scritto vari testi di divulgazione fisica, si dedica stavolta alla matematica: ma il continuo arriva solo piuttosto avanti nel testo, dopo una lunga introduzione che parla di numeri in generale e che \u00e8 direi la parte pi\u00f9 debole dell’opera. Devo riconoscere che il punto di vista di un non-matematico \u00e8 interessante: alcune sue considerazioni su come le strutture numeriche cos\u00ec definite si possono applicare al mondo reale non mi sarebbero mai venute in mente. Insomma, anche se pensate di conoscere gi\u00e0 la materia, vale comunque la pena di leggerlo per il suo approccio lontano da quello abituale.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
