\"\" Partendo dal punto fermo che Terry Pratchett \u00e8 morto e quindi ci siamo fermati a 41 libri del Discworld, mi sono rivolto a questa raccolta di pezzi vari scritti negli anni (Terry Pratchett, A Blink of the Screen<\/em>, Corgi 2013 [2012], pag. 363, Lst 8,99, ISBN 9780552163330, link Amazon<\/a>). Devo dire che leggere il suo primo racconto “ufficiale”, composto a scuola a 13 anni e pubblicato quando ne aveva 15, mi ha fatto capire che la scrittura non \u00e8 proprio il mio campo (ma continuer\u00f2 lo stesso a scrivere, sono testardo). Non era ancora lo stile a cui siamo abituati, ma il senso della struttura e l’umorismo di base c’erano gi\u00e0 tutti, forse anche pi\u00f9 dei racconti scritti quando faceva il giornalista, professione che evidentemente prosciuga le energie. La seconda met\u00e0 del libro, cos\u00ec come le tavole a colori che lo inframezzano, \u00e8 dedicata al Discworld; qua ci si trova in un ambiente pi\u00f9 familiare, anche se nella maggior parte dei casi si hanno solo degli schizzi di due o tre pagine. Ah, s\u00ec: ogni racconto \u00e8 preceduto da una sua introduzione, dove per\u00f2 Pratchett gioca a fare il finto modesto affermando che rileggendolo avrebbe cambiato tutto. Non ci credo, non foss’altro che perch\u00e9 gli sarebbe servito troppo tempo… (Un qualunque scrittore degno di questo nome rifarebbe sempre tutto: anche questo \u00e8 un punto fermo).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
