\"\"<\/a>Quando ero ragazzo, ma anche dopo, c’erano file di persone che andavano a riempire bottiglie, bottiglioni e finanche damigiane d’acqua alla fontanella torinese di piazza Rivoli, che le leggende metropolitane favoleggiavano essere direttamente collegata alle sorgenti del Pian della Mussa (effettivamente una delle fonti di approvvigionamento municipali, ma non credo con tubazioni separate). In questi anni \u00e8 invece invalsa, almeno in Lombardia, l’usanza delle case dell’acqua: luoghi dove l’acqua del rubinetto viene raffreddata, eventualmente gassata e lasciata a disposizione dei cittadini. Davanti all’Ikea di Carugate \u00e8 teoricamente ottenibile usando la tessera IkeaFamily, ma l’ho anche presa senza tessera; a Milano per evitarw abusi occorre usare la tessera sanitaria e vengono erogati 6 litri al giorno per persona.
\nAnche qui a Chiavari ho scoperto esistono le “case dell’acqua”: solo che siamo in Liguria e quindi l’acqua la paghi (5 centesimi il litro, si possono inserire monete oppure acquistare una tessera a scalare). A parte le battute, non sono intrinsecamente contrario al fatto che il servizio abbia un costo per l’utente: mi limito a osservare che – siamo pur sempre in Liguria – non mi \u00e8 mai capitato di vedere nessumo prendere l’acqua, il che significa che si sono sprecati soldi per mettere il distributore<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
